2026-01-14drop.mov (the “Service”) is provided by kumo.productions™ (“Operator”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
1. Overview
The Service allows you to upload, share, and comment on media files. An internet connection is required to use the Service.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when requested and keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activities conducted under your account.
- If you are a minor (under 18), you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the Service.
- To request account deletion, please contact support@drop.mov. After completing identity verification and other necessary checks, we will process the deletion within 7 business days, in principle.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Violate laws or public order and morals
- Infringe the rights of others (including copyright and privacy)
- Attempt unauthorized access, impose excessive load, or otherwise interfere with operation of the Service
- Engage in impersonation, fraud, spam, or other abusive conduct
4. User Content
- You generally retain rights to content you upload or submit (“User Content”).
- You grant Operator a license to store, process, display, and share User Content only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
- Operator may remove or restrict access to User Content when reasonably necessary (e.g., legal concerns or rights infringement claims).
5. Paid Plans (if offered)
- Details such as pricing, billing, and conditions will be shown at sign-up or otherwise communicated.
- If you cancel, you may continue to use the paid plan until the next renewal date, and renewal will be stopped thereafter.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@drop.mov.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the Service belong to Operator or the rightful licensors. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the Service without permission.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Operator is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
- Except in cases of Operator’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, Operator is not liable for damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes / Termination
Operator may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service or these Terms. When making material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days before the effective date of such changes by email to your registered email address or by displaying a notice on the Service. If you continue to use the Service after the changes take effect, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changes.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes arising out of or relating to the Service.
